Do not use this company
Not even worth one star. Very difficult to talk to a human being on the phone. I'm very tempted to close my account . With my automatic deposits and my bills coming from that account if have to call everyone of them to switch. Bank of America doesn't care about people. Just their money!!!
If I could give this zero stars I would they are under staffed and the 2 employees they have do not know how to do anything. It's a really long wait this is why I now go to chase.
About the bank not the staff. 1 understaffed 2 drive through closed 3 need an appointment just to ask a question or you wait a long time 4 bank policies are not customer friendly
