I’ve been coming to this bank for a while, and this was the first time I’ve experienced something like this. I asked to exchange $1 bills for $5 bills, but the cash I received was completely mixed up bills were facing different directions and not organized at all. I have never experienced this at any other bank. I had to stand there and reorganize the money myself before leaving. Incredibly rude manager. Completely wasted my time by lying to me and saying that they could not verify a check. Turns out they could verify it. She just refused to cash it for me since I'm not a client. I go to bank's all over the city and cash checks when they're written to me personally and it's never going to problem.
