I’ve been coming to this bank for a while, and this was the first time I’ve experienced something like this. I asked to exchange $1 bills for $5 bills, but the cash I received was completely mixed up bills were facing different directions and not organized at all. I have never experienced this at any other bank. I had to stand there and reorganize the money myself before leaving.
