Zero stars if I could Bank of America is the worst bank I have experienced my company gave me a check that I have to cash out at Bank of America. Most of them are ATM video banks so I had to come all the way to this one just to cash in a check. I ended up waiting so long I just walked out and cashed it out at a Walmart. I recommend you do that if you don’t have an account cause they will charge you anyways.
No access to building ATM after hours. Drive thru ATM out of funds. That's how a bank loses customers.
Employee at front desk sarcastic and unprofessional, Fraud department is useluess, no customer service, Blocked all my funds because the data in THEIR system is wrong. Then, Proceeded to move the requirements for me to unlock my funds - an entire work day lost - Seriously, a childs lemonaid stand is more organized than this bank - Closing account asap if I can ever get my money - otherwaise BOA is just gonna take it
I got assisted at this branch by Angie. I felt obliged to give her the recognition she deserves. She was truly a light. It is not everyday you see someone move with such kindness to every face she sees. Any banker has a job to make a sale somewhere and that is clearly not her purpose. Rather than feeding me an offer for something I do not need she took the time to learn about me, talk with me and I know that is her purpose. Helping and caring is what she is here to do.
