I was here for couple questions about car loan. Mr Jose answered all my questions. Also very clean and chill. It would also be better if you provide bottled water for customers.
I would like to acknowledge Minerva Perez, a Customer and Relationship Manager at this B of A Location at Scottsdale Rd. and Lincoln. I went in to this branch on 1/29/25, with a specific issue I needed help on, and Minerva was great. I had previously tried getting help on this item before, to no avail.
