Search poor customer service with limited hours
Though the employees are very nice and try to be accommodating, we have been waiting for a large refund from a double payment since July. It has now been about 4.5 months. We’ve been in about 15 times for the same issue. No progress at all.
Called to get notarized and they said yes. Arrived there 10minutes before 4pm and said they can not do it because they will be closing soon.
I was here for couple questions about car loan. Mr Jose answered all my questions. Also very clean and chill. It would also be better if you provide bottled water for customers.
I would like to acknowledge Minerva Perez, a Customer and Relationship Manager at this B of A Location at Scottsdale Rd. and Lincoln. I went in to this branch on 1/29/25, with a specific issue I needed help on, and Minerva was great. I had previously tried getting help on this item before, to no avail. Minerva stepped up and assisted me, and was very patient in the process. She listened, showed empathy, cared, and assured me that there would be follow up.
