Very rude lady in the front who checks people in with her iPad she had long wavy hair and was working at 11 this morning on 11/25/2024 just to make sure her manager sees and can retrain her was so rude and disgusted I just left and didnt get her name if she doesn't like her job she can just leave you know. No one is forcing you to do this job women.
Pretty rude staff when you first walk in and say hi. Was told to come to this branch specifically from customer service to close maternity leave Edd account. Craig told me to leave and that this branch cannot do it. Even if customer service was wrong he didn't have to yell at me for asking. I was already nervous coming here with a 2.4 rating on Google :O
Amazing customer service! Very polite and professional. I just arrived to the U.S. as an international student. Cute Chein helped me so much with opening debit card and now I can pay through the Apple Pay. Thank you, one more time!
Had a great experience today at this branch. Bao and Chinh were very helpful in figuring out which type of account would best suit my business needs! I would definitely recommend there help with wealth management.
Bad customer service. Poor communication. I was told to step out of line because I asked to pull out the remaining 400$ in my account. They told me I had to wait in lobby for a staff member they can't do it at the teller window. Magical the other staff was able to do what they told me they couldnt do. Regards to transferring my money out of my account to my other bank .. so they can do it. The staff is too lazy. They just didn't want the line held up
