Very kind for everything
I am a customer and had a safety deposit box in downtown San Jose. Couple of weeks back I received a notice saying that the bank location where my safety deposit box is located is shutting down and I need to come and claim my belongings. When I reached the bank they said that they did not have any alternative safety deposit box and it was basically my "luck" if I could find anything. Taller manager is super rude she need costumer service training and I feel discomfort whit the face camera in teller windows like is too close I don't come back this location.
Very unpredictable and unprofessional, one teller on Fridays while there's a line of 10 people, and Patrick just comes up to u very flamboyantly asking if he can put ur money on hold for 3 business days instead of getting another teller.dont park around the area, ull be here for more than 30 mins for sure.and eventually get a parking citation if don't use the $5 garage.ur welcome BoA
