I tried using the ATM and placed the card in the machine. As I entered my PIN number the ATM machine went down. I guess that can happen. I called and explained what had happened and they CXL’d my card and sent me a new one. They were apologetic over the phone Three days later I checked my balance and I found out that they charged me for a new card. It was not my fault. It was their machine. I was looking for a close by bank while I was downtown Atlanta on Peachtree Road. This bank came up. I went there however it was a little slow with two teller. One of them was the bank manager. The guy in front of me went up to the teller and was cashing a check however it took long to cash a check while the guy was telling the teller his life story. I’m waiting there.
