On Monday, the driveway atm didn’t work and again on Friday they didn’t work. Tried to call to let them know and got no answer.
I went to be added on to a friend's account. The person at the front desk was not very knowledgeable. Banker who helped us in her office didn't bother to introduce herself and was not very friendly. She used banking acronyms when asking us questions about what we wanted in an account. The opposite of the customer service friendly environment at my PNC.
