I regret to share that my experience with Heather Livingston has been disappointing. Over the past six months, we had a few interactions, and unfortunately, each one fell short of expectations. She was initially supposed to assist with remote services, but was unable to deliver on that promise. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process made it clear that I do not wish to continue any future collaboration. I cannot recommend her services based on my experience.
However I had a bad experience in this branch but today everything was changed completely and I received a very nice welcome at the entrance and after few minutes one of the staff took care of our job very patient and gave us some useful advice! Looks like last time they were short of staff and it was not possible to handle that much traffic. By the way I am so happy that everything goes well and smoothly there, which is great news for everyone!
