Very helpful reps. Took care of few things that I wasn’t able to get resolved over the phone.
Went here to ask about getting a document Notarized. They told me that both people whose names appear on the document must also be Account holders of Bank of America! What? Do you know how ridiculous that is? One of them is an Account holder but after being told this she will be closing all her accounts and depositing in a nearby bank that doesn't require that.
Worst location
Very friendly staff
15 people in line and 1 very slow and rude teller. There are about a half dozen employees and they all see the very long line but even still refuse to help.
