Rude teller, the male on shift today 28 Jan 2026 at 10am. Very rude, looks like he hates his job and is just forced to be there.
I went here to get a replacement card and to file claim on some charge on my account. Didn't know they dont do replacement cards which is fine but they seemed like they didnt want to help me at all. There was nobody there 2 people in their office, Simone checking you in and one teller. They told me I had wait til after the person with the appointment shows up and they help them first. This location is getting real lazy in wanting to help customers they should at least shut it down and just have the atms...
this is the worst location I have ever been to, they are very unprofessional, they make faces to you, they don't even greet with a smile. Avoid going here. clearly just by seeing how many stars they have its self-explanatory.
