This post has nothing to really do with the employees and everything to do with the location. Bank of America needs to employ full time 360° security at this location or just close it all together. It's an attractive nusciance and you can always count on a strung out homeless person to hop out from around the corner and ask you for money while you are at the ATM or trying to walk in or out of the building. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Arnuifo Munoz, and I can confidently say he sets the standard for exceptional customer service. He is a true perfectionist in his work detail-oriented, efficient, and thorough in every step. What truly stood out, however, was his humble, polite, and kind demeanor. Arnuifo treats every customer with genuine respect and patience, creating a welcoming and professional environment. Bank of America is lucky to have someone like him on their team.
Avoid this place if you want to get any simple banking done and go right next door to the grocery store. It was quicker and less of a hassle. ....never again will I step foot in that location.
Everytime i come here their machines arent able to give me cash.Then i have to drive to the one off of Long Point. So annoyed!
