Just realize that why this bank has low rating. I came to the bank to open a business account. The lady in front working name Patricia was damn unprofessional and rude. Just wanted to make an appointment. She was like super rude . No manner. Like I was begging her something. I would give them 0 stars if it existed. After banking with Bank of America for 16 years and referring numerous new customers to them, my family and I may be shopping for a new bank if things are not set right. We had an appointment for our friend to open up a new checking, saving and investment account. We set up an appointment at Kirby location because it was closer to my friend’s work.
