Very disappointed. The people in this branch made me disappointed from Bank of America. After 1 week of several appointments, they could not open an account because the manager has left office on 3:00 pm!

Just realize that why this bank has low rating. I came to the bank to open a business account. The lady in front working name Patricia was damn unprofessional and rude. Just wanted to make an appointment. She was like super rude . No manner. Like I was begging her something.
