Won’t assign someone to the location so I can’t get inside the vault. The male on the phone play games so he doesn’t have to send a staff there to open the vault for me. They better not charge me for the past 3 years that I haven’t been able to access my Safebox.

Consistently randomly closed whenever I need in person banking. Just close permanently already, you're worse than useless.
Poor service, Didn't know how to communicate, did nothing to help find my deposit of my stimulus check. Left me completely disgusted with there service and associates.
