At the end of the day an in branch experience is going to be a slow experience, that's true no matter what bank. Thankfully today I had the pleasure of setting up my new Bank Of America account with Sebastian Montes and he was a great help and made the stress of the bank much easier with seamless setup and great conversation as we worked through the process. Thank you for your help Sebastian! (and all other bank employees who helped me today) i'll be back for all my other services and i know im in good hands.

I wasn't able to get her name but i belive it started with a J and she is the supervisor or i was told that. My wife came in to this location to handle some of her mothers death bed request. While speaking to Ms J. Or what ever her name is. She asked my wife if her mom was still alive. And if she was still alive how come she wasnt there sitting by her side. Quiero expresar mi inconformidad con el trato recibido en esta institución. A excepción de una señorita de origen cubano que me atendió de manera adecuada y respetuosa, el resto del personal no me brindó una atención apropiada. En varias ocasiones he tenido que acudir a la sucursal para resolver un problema con la banca móvil que no ha sido solucionado, lo cual ha afectado mi tiempo y mis responsabilidades laborales.
