I do not advise anyone to deal with this bank ever because I waited for more than two hours from 2:00 until They can solve my problem today and they told me to wait. I waited for more than two hours and when it was almost 4 o'clock they told me that they could not help today. They told me to come tomorrow and when I told them that I did not go they solved my problem within 5 minutes.

Went in to withdraw. Only one teller available with a line of 20+ people at 10am on a Saturday. Not sure why this branch is even a thing.
Atms down. No drive thru. One teller. One banker. At 3pm? Please do better bofa hire some employees and quit wasting our time so that you can save by avoiding basic costs of labor.
