No depositen en este banco es lo peor
Tengo mas de mes y medio esperando la tarjeta se pierde mucho tiempo ir al banco a sacar dinero sin tarjeta siempre hay un solo cajero y hay que esperar para que te atiendan tengo que dejar de trabajar para perder mi tiempo esperando que me atiendan y nadie me resuelve nada son muy amables lo acepto pero sigo igual perdiendo mi tiempo y la tarjeta no llega es incómodo y frustrante
although the long was a bit long, around 30 minutes, it was understandable as i didnt have an appointment. staff was nice and considerate, greeted on the way in, and checked in by a nice lady in front. the man who helped me, i forgot his name, but dude had tattoos, slick back hair and i think said he was a senior branch something, was nice and eventually helped me successfully….he called me “him” and switched to “they” presumably cuz i have long hair, it was funny cuz i do go by him but it was nice to know he was considerate... read more
