Quiero expresar mi inconformidad con el trato recibido en esta institución. A excepción de una señorita de origen cubano que me atendió de manera adecuada y respetuosa, el resto del personal no me brindó una atención apropiada. En varias ocasiones he tenido que acudir a la sucursal para resolver un problema con la banca móvil que no ha sido solucionado, lo cual ha afectado mi tiempo y mis responsabilidades laborales. BofA and their ridiculous hours! This is one of the very few branches open after 4 pm so that's good, but have hardly any tellers working so the line gets long and slow and they have shut down all drive thru's which is super annoying. I would personally never do business with them but one of my clients does and I have to unfortunately, make a deposit into his account once a month, and it has to be before 4 pm, you have to park, get out, go inside, wait in line forever. I was recently a victim of identity theft and the team here was just BEYOND outstanding to say the very least. There are several manager on the floor however, Yessie in particular has such a welcoming energy with a sincere, genuine concern for everyone. There was not a single member of that staff who did not go above and beyond to place a sense of urgency on my particular situation.
