disgusting staff are in the wrong place
If I could give this branch less than 1 star, I would. Called the corporate line, they said to drop by any branch to submit the documents requested anytime. This branch said I had to have an appointment, in order to open a case, just to submit requested documentation. The bank was EMPTY. Teller was rude and refused to help or contact the corporate team. Bank of America might be the worst bank out there, and that's a pretty low bar. Will never do business with them again. Every other bank allows for digital upload. It's 2025.... read more
