This is one of the worst banking experiences I have had with Bank of America. I have been a customer since over 25 years with BOA. Naturally I wanted to open my teen an account here as his 1st bank. He pre applied online and we needed to bring in verifying ID. The manager and banker were unable to find the app he already filled out and we're not able to open a checking account for him.
