This is not a well managed branch. There was only one banker on staff. After 45 minutes of waiting, I had to leave for another appointment. There was a greeter type guy who just sat in front of a computer. Not even an apology. I tried making an appointment online the day before but the scheduler was not functioning so I just showed up. That was a mistake.
Thanks to Leandro; he was a big help to us today. Unlike the other branch where we opened our account, it feels like they did not know what they were doing. Unlike Leandro and this branch, everything went smoothly. They helped us and corrected it as we wanted. Big thumbs up to Leandro.
This is the worst bank and customer service ever! They hire people who don’t even know how to serve and help. Can you imagine spending three days on the phone trying to find the right person to solve your issue? And even when you show up to the bank, still nobody knows their job and you just repeat your issue to different employees without any help. If you ever want a good service and bank, go anywhere else but not Bank of America
Not a welcoming environment, I have been a BOFA costumer for many years but this was not a good experience, the cashier lady was very nice but the apparently manager at the moment JENNIFER S had an attitude, not professional at all, I asked to open another account but she said I had to make an appointment for the next day even when I had all the requirements needed in hand, this was on a Thursday morning, the bank didn’t have any costumers at that moment so she was just being rude
Sanjuana Munoz, Relationship banker is a nice professional banker. Very friendly, and knowledgeable about the financial industry. She taught me about life plan. Thank you so much for your guidance and advice for my financial security. Good Job!!!!!!!
