This is one of the worst banking experiences I have had with Bank of America. I have been a customer since over 25 years with BOA. Naturally I wanted to open my teen an account here as his 1st bank. He pre applied online and we needed to bring in verifying ID. The manager and banker were unable to find the app he already filled out and we're not able to open a checking account for him. It took my girlfriend 45 mins to get a cashiers check after walking into this location. Absolutely ABSURD!
One person at the counter on a Friday. Nothing new. Expect major delay in your day.
I have been a bank a bank of america costumer for more then 10 years & they just do not upgrade atm. it is horrendous that money just keeps on being taken by the atm but not shown on your account & you have to call & wait 10 days for them to issue you a credit meanwhile they investigate . This was just the last time i put up with this moving banks asap
