Open a new account for my son. I was trying to make an appointment close to my home, but 0 appointments were available, I hate to wait to much days, so I choose to drive 20 minutes away from my home, I have no regrets, this is a very nice place, Ms. Jennifer and Trisha were very nice and patient with us, my son is an adult with autism, so this was his first time opening a bank account, they showing me too much respect for my son, and I love that part, 100% empathy, 100% recommend this location. Worst branch ever always short staffed. ATMs never work at night. Stood in line in branch for 35min because only one teller was working. Hand full of people standing around tho.Â
7 people in line 1 teller. She is struggling with validating cash to make a deposit for the gentleman and they don’t see a need to send her help. This poor young lady is trying her best and the fact that no one is coming to help her is insane.Â
This was the worst experience ever. The specialist who help me open my account was great, but everyone else was real shady. Now my check on hold for days and it said 2 days, then it went to 5. This is ridiculous. I will try my hardest not to visit this branch!!Â
