I came in to fill out a letter of instruction with senior banker Mario Hernandez and left very disappointed with the issue unresolved. First, he asked me the customer to call client relations in Estate Accounts. I told him that was odd for the client to call them. When I got someone on the line in the estate department he asked me for my phone and they advised they were unable to assist from a customer phone.
