We made an appointment for a notary service at that branch. However, we were told there was no space on the form to put a stamp on and we needed to bring a separate notary form for them to put stamp. The site couldn't provide any notary form even though the certified notary was sitting in front of us. We had to go back home and printed a notary form then went back to the bank. We reached Bank of America Hillcrest branch ,assuming we had booked a confirmed appointment ( through another BOA Manager ), only to find out at our arrival that it was a wrong assumption and they were fully booked for the afternoon. The Bank Manager Michelle Williams and her colleague May Nguyen understood our urgency and frustration wandering from one branch to other , and took us in Helped us with our Transactions and were very helpful and courteous .
