Wow rudest employees. I wish I could give zero stars. I used to go to another bank for notaries but the notary left. I tried this one and had a 30 min apt. I had a note on my apt that I will arrive 15 min late (work obligations, notary not available during most people's lunch hours at noon????) but only needed 5 min for a notary. When I arrived, still within my allotted 30 min apt time, I was reprimanded and told that I was using the employee's lunch time even though I arrived 15 min before noon with 15 min left in my apt ti... read more
Very simple to open an account here. The bankers are very friendly and it hurts me to see people rudely generalising them in these reviews. My only negative is not of anybody’s fault but it should be known, that the drive through ATM is very difficult to exit when there is traffic on Northwest Highway, and that the BofA in Snider Plaza is much easier.
