Incompetence abounds! They claimed to have a notary but the person refused to notarize our document because we had made a few minor changes to our entries in the document. This is a document we have been having notarized every year for the past 19 years. Most of those years it’s been at Bank of America on Preston down near Mockingbird but they were backed up so they suggested that rather than waiting an hour we could go to this location where it would probably take less time. I opened a business account with Elsa Rosado and she was such a delight and so focused on making sure I was set up for success. Opening an account is usually SO BORING and tedious, but Elsa was an absolute rockstar! PS. If there is a review that pops up around this same time, there was an irate fellow who was extremely rude to one of the tellers who might take to the review page. So please pay it no mind.
