I opened a business account with Elsa Rosado and she was such a delight and so focused on making sure I was set up for success. Opening an account is usually SO BORING and tedious, but Elsa was an absolute rockstar! PS. Everyone was so kind and accommodating when I came in for a notary. Lovely place and lovely people.
I just wanted to praise Erika Ordonez and the staff at the Berkshire Ln location. My mom was the victim of an online scam that would have been successful if Ms. Ordonez was not so vigilant and recognized what was going on. She was kind and considerate and ultimately saved my mom from losing over $10,000. Thank you for all the work you do to educate yourselves and your customers about the dangers of online scams.

Wow rudest employees. I wish I could give zero stars. I used to go to another bank for notaries but the notary left. I tried this one and had a 30 min apt. I had a note on my apt that I will arrive 15 min late (work obligations, notary not available during most people's lunch hours at noon????) but only needed 5 min for a notary.
