Horrible customer service, always understaff at teller windows, SLOW, have a LOT of staff but they milling around walking from 1 side to the other looking busy but not assisting anyone. THEY DON'T HAVE DRIVE-THRU which is the worst because it forces you to go inside & deal with slow & rude staff.
Fernando and esrom were extremely helpful with setting up my new digital card. I was greeted with kindness and both gentleman were knowledgeable. Great experience with this location

Worst experience i ever had with bank of America in this branch with the manager and Carolyn with her condescending altitude i could even say a prejudice. This lady won't let me withdraw from my account lying that my phone number isn't correct and ID doesn't match. Went to a different bofa branch and was alot to withdraw with thesame details. The manager won't help because he was coming from a bias email sent to him by the lady. I raised a complaint. Don't look down on people due to their skin color.
Very negative experience with this branch. Came in after opening an account online and had a check prior I had gotten. Deposited it as my first check for the new account and then they flagged it as fraud, which then the fraud department reached out to me about, even though I went in person and showed my ID to this branch. I guess if you don’t look a certain skin color or way they will think you don’t have the right to have money
