I went to the bank yesterday, didn’t have an appointment did a walk in. The greeter told me I had a 30 mins wait after 30 mins I walked up to her and told her 30 minutes had past then she told me I had one person ahead of me . Then I think his the manager he walked up to me and told me if the person that has an appointment at 2:30 doesn’t should up then the personal banker can see you. I was in the bank for 2 hours.
