This branch location has an incredible and professional staff and the experience with going there for different banking needs, is always an absolutely beyond a great professional experienceā¼ļøĀ
Went in with a scheduled appointment for 12:30. They made me wait for an excessive amount of time without telling me when I'd be seen. It completely defeats the purpose of a scheduled appointment. Bad business.Ā
Miss Davida was very nice. Fernando was arrogant and rude to me.Ā
The bank associates were ignorant and obtuse. Relentlessly so. They must be getting rewarded for their unprofessional, shameless conduct. Iām still in shock.Ā
Davida was incredibly helpful and kind during my visit. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and I truly appreciated her excellent customer service. I highly recommend her if you are new to the U.S. and not yet familiar with the banking system.Ā
