Simple drive through its in a big mall off main street lane is alittle narrow but easy Iwas there at about 8 and web suite says it opens at 9 it was open
Nobody ever answers the phone at this location. You always have to go in and it’s a huge pain in the butt.
Called in to Concord branch with a security question and they answered all my questions in a timely manner
Having been a BofA customer for decades, I was hoping to have a deed notarized, but it can't be done online and no one answers the phone at this branch despite multiple tries. Worst bank ever.
