I had an appointment on Friday, 09/12/25, at this bank branch. Senior Banker Ponmalar Sendilkumar assisted me. I would like to thank the Ponmalar for the prompt and professional help with my banking transactions. I also want to commend the banker’s excellent communication skills. Thank you.
The customer service ... not good.
Bank manager (Walter) refused to accept a valid check for deposit after his own teller defaced the back of the check, rendering it void. Now we are forced to get the issuer to issue a new check, delaying a financial transaction by over a week. Walter was unable to re explain why he couldn't fix this problem by accepting the check, and was unable to point to a written policy supporting his claims. He was very rude in tone, and ruined our day. Not a good bank to deal with.
I would like to thank senior banker DIENER BRADLEY who kindly assisted me, opened a case, and by the next day the problem was resolved, as he knew exactly what needed to be done. Truly, all praise for Bradley Diener and his expertise and warmth. Everyone at the bank was very kind and pleasant.
