The worst service I ever received the manager told me to go sit in the lobby than went to her office knew I was sitting in the lobby and gave me a phone number to help myself, after that I asked to close my account and was told to sit in the lobby again and left there for another 10 minutes before I got on the phone and closed it myself I’ve been banking with them for 9 years and never received treatment like this never again
Go to Donovan Thelander, i repeat go to Donovan Thelander. After being with Chase for years i decided it was time for a new bank and account. I made an appointment easily and even showed up 30 minutes early on accident, and Donovan was ready to go. First off great attitude but most importantly knowledgeable! Recently I needed some help with my business debit card and advice from an experienced Bank of America representative, Teresa and her associates were very helpful providing me the answers I needed as well as helping me navigate our banking details. Last month my daughter set up a new account and credit card at this branch since I was so happy with the service and banking experience I have had for 5 years at this branch. Widad and Christine Martinez put in 100% plus effort, energy and knowledge to set my daughter up with the banking services in a record speed time frame in response to her own immediate upcoming traveling needs.
