I called at 9:30 am and took about 20 minutes to finally get someone on the phone, to experience the rudest customer service with Rafi from the Anaheim Hills branch. I just opened my account, and will literally close my account and take my money elsewhere now.

I walked into this Bank of America branch today to process a simple POA so I could access my own safe deposit box. I drove a long distance to get here, only to be told I’d have to come back another day — despite the fact that a banker was literally standing around talking to a colleague for 20 minutes with no customers waiting. They acted like their hands were tied, as if this was some impossible request they couldn’t handle, even though this is a basic service branches are supposed to provide. 1 of favorite branches of any bank 🏦 in OC. Staff always smiles and friendly.. Provide answers. Location is really great. I'm corner of Anaheim Hills CA shopping center. Super easy 2 find. Off Imperial Hwy & The 91 freeway & literally on corner inside of center of Santa Ana Canyon Road/. Imperial Hwy interaction. Super contemporary building inside & out.
