I had an amazing experience with Kasra Arki at Bank of America in Anaheim Hills. Kasra is incredibly professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We faced a suspension issue that had troubled me multiple times in the past. Kasra patiently worked on it until he permanently resolved it, showing great dedication and expertise. Very unprofessional service. I've booked appointment online but received a call next day from bank representative to reschedule appointment due Notary had emergency situation and was not at the service location that day. We've rescheduled for next day. When I was 5 minutes away from the Bank office they called me to inform they couldn't notarized my documents and recommended me to go to UPS. All I needed to notarized my signature. That's pretty simple action. Very disappointed service and very unprofessional
