1 of favorite branches of any bank 🏦 in OC. Staff always smiles and friendly.. Provide answers. Location is really great. I'm corner of Anaheim Hills CA shopping center. Super easy 2 find. Off Imperial Hwy & The 91 freeway & literally on corner inside of center of Santa Ana Canyon Road/. Imperial Hwy interaction. Super contemporary building inside & out. What happened to the days of good customer service and being able to walk into a bank and actually get help promptly. Literally had to wait over an hour just to open an account for my daughter. They staffed one banker on a Saturday.
