I've been a customer with a Bank of America for 31 years. I don't know how I've stayed with them this long. They're absolutely awful. Their phone line system is absolutely archaic. You have to talk to an automated machine for 5 minutes before you can get transferred to a real person and if you call the business number you still get transferred to the personal line and have to get transferred again to the business line. They don't offer any kind of high yield savings accounts and they charge you monthly maintenance fees even ... read more
