Went there today for some help on an issue i was having with my business account and Beatriz Rodriguez was just amazing and resolved my problem.
Poor customer service
Waited an hour and a half to talk to. bank representative. Only one teller and one account manager.
Just opened a new account at this branch today. The process was very smooth, and the customer service was simply the best !
