Steve Kroeze and the others have excellent staff here. The tellers are competent, and the bankers are speedy and professional. I am glad that my family and I have our personal/business banka accounts here
AMAZING service!!! 10 stars! Went to the BofA branch I normally use and was turned away to open 4 checking accounts and 2 bank accounts. I was told to call Joanna and they let me take a picture of the business card. I called and talked to the branch manager Steve Kroeze who told me to come in. An hour later I'm leaving with 6 new accounts with BofA and a new company credit card due to Joanna.
