I asked her to reset my PIN because I had forgotten it. She responded very unwillingly and told me to sit and wait while she decided whether she could help me or not. Came in because I had problems setting up mobile banking, after a few minutes of struggling to explain why it was not working, I opened the app and the teller showed me what I had done wrong. So far, all good. Then he leaves saying, Ā«I donāt know why you giving me an attitudeĀ». I didnāt, English is not my primary language and we probably misunderstood each other, but I was never aggressive. The worst bank experience ever. I went for a stop check and waited almost two hours before I could speak with a banker. Bank of America is going downhill.Ā
I went in there with an issue , and though the person in charge wasnāt there , Emily was very nice and went all the way to schedule an appointment and provided me with the information needed , listened to my problem and diffused my frustration. Thank you and hopefully your colleagues will do the same and help me out fix this .Ā
Like most BoA locations, a line can be 5 people deep, 3-4 employees standing behind the counter but only 1 person actually working.Ā
