Came in because I had problems setting up mobile banking, after a few minutes of struggling to explain why it was not working, I opened the app and the teller showed me what I had done wrong. So far, all good. Then he leaves saying, «I don’t know why you giving me an attitude». I didn’t, English is not my primary language and we probably misunderstood each other, but I was never aggressive. The worst bank experience ever. I went for a stop check and waited almost two hours before I could speak with a banker. Bank of America is going downhill.
I went in there with an issue , and though the person in charge wasn’t there , Emily was very nice and went all the way to schedule an appointment and provided me with the information needed , listened to my problem and diffused my frustration. Thank you and hopefully your colleagues will do the same and help me out fix this .
