The branch staff are not up to date with the online services offered by Bank of America. They need proper training and should focus on being apologetic and solution-oriented instead of blaming the bank’s online services. In my case, they were unable to verify an account I opened online. As a result, I’ve decided to move all my assets to Chase.

When I inquired about the reason for the charge, the cashier responded abruptly, stating, “No more discussion; this is chargeable.” I believe the staff require additional training on customer service skills, particularly regarding how to address customer inquiries professionally—from the cashier to the relationship officers.
