They not give me all required doc from the beginning online or even when i visit this branch
I've been a BOA customer for over 20yrs and never had a problem cashing a check until i went to that branch. The tellers suck and don't know what they're doing. She was trying to force me to deposit it instead. Smh
Supriya is excellent!!! Very professional, kind and patient. She understood what I needed and took the time to explain everything in regards to my rollover IRA account that I opened. Thank you Supriya:}:}:}
