I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Bank of America branch in Baldwin. I came in to withdraw money and requested that it be broken down into specific denominations. Due to the thick plexiglass barrier between the teller and customers, there was initially some difficulty hearing each other. I would like to point out that other Bank of America branches I have visited on Long Island do not have this issue, and the barrier significantly hinders communication. Service is good. The ATM machine inside is more efficient than outside drive-thru ATM.. It's a little slow to see the bank clerk but I am satisfied.
They have only one cashier the service is extremely slow
