They have only one cashier the service is extremely slow
Was going to open an account, upon arrival, bank reps were sitting at desk with no attending customer, there were no lines, and was not busy at the time. Upon speaking to the lazy rep, was told I had to schedule appointment,?. There is no mention on BANK OF AMERICAN web site that an appointment is necessary to open a simple checking account. Bad customer service experience.
Do not come to this place to cash your checks. They give you less than the amount you paid and say that they are giving you the correct amount when they are not. They steal your money. They just stole $80 from me.
