I went in to open a new account and was bombarded by Farina ( poor English) in a loud obnoxious voice demanding my name out loud and my needs in front of other customers: I immediately regret walking in and changed my mind walked away she’s too aggressive and condescending ! Please send for training to be discreet and kind to clients and her coworkers.

The Deer Park/North Babylon branch has friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff who are very accommodating. Other branches don't always provide the same level of service
Bank of America Deer Park management very cooperative bank manager and specially Desk person Numan Imtaiz highly recommend for every new person for opening new bank account.
Always a big line and only one teller working. This is unacceptable from Bank of America. I would expect a better and faster services from this kind of Bank. ATM machines doesn’t have changes.
