Sukurat probably was just having a disconnected morning. But she was very rude to me when just trying to be added to my husband's account. Felt very dismissive and unwelcoming. She did not introduce herself before we started. I said I accessed my husband's account already with the app and she was not clear in her instructions when wanting me to create my own.
