Bad experience with my foreign currency transactions. I ordered a foreign currency bills and even paid an additional fee to expedite. I went to their Lewisville branch to get the money but one of the bill was torn out/ damaged. Somehow the staff in particular Isabella have no clue of what I need to do to fix the problem . They wanted me to either just accept the damaged bill or bring it to a foreign currency exchange and hopefully they will take it. Takes forever. Theres always a huge line and only 1 teller.
They are amazing!!! I came in on a Saturday at 12:45 with no appointment. They close at 2. I told them I didn’t mind waiting but they were able to get me back within a few short minutes. Seriously, I only had time to read paragraphs in my book. Mary McMeans is the loan officer who did the double duty of getting me signed up for an account.
