This was my father‘s bank. As the executor of his estate, they have been incredibly helpful. I don’t understand the bad reviews, every time I’m here they have been so friendly to everyone that comes in. They remember people’s names, chat about family, and bend over backwards to help. Five star review at a bank?!! How was that even possible? Tayo .A is the senior banker there. He took extra time to walk us through different financial aspects which enabled us to change our mind on the decisions we were going to make. Because of his actions we ended up being better off when we left then when we had arrived. Okay. I hated this place from a terrible experience years ago. I went in today to fix a couple things here and there with both of my Band of America things. The man in the front desk called for Alma and she came out to grab me. SHE WAS AMAZING. She was quick, knowledgeable and super kind. Friendly off the bat. Did exactly what i asked for, sent me on my way home happy as can be. Ask for ALMA.
