A big shout out to the staff at BofA in Fountain hills! I have been banking at this specific location for nearly 25 years business & personal. Makki, Joe, ceaser & Quinton go above and beyond to take care of there customers. BofA is very Fortunate to have a team like this representing them. I hope they know this.

I have managed my account with the help of every employee at BOA in Fountain hills. When I first came into the bank Christine the manager helped me to stop an account and open a new one. Every time I go in there Christine, Al and Hannah as well as the other two women are curious and they know me by name. It is hard to understand new technology with smart phones and they all helped me transfer money overseas to family and to understand how to use the digital apps.
