They sadly have become not customer focused!
A CD came up for renewal. The old rate was 4.41 If action on my part is not taken it automatically goes to 0.03. Called for a better rate on Aug 19,2024. Was on hold for 40 minutes and never talked with anyone. Went to the branch office on M-15 near exit 91 off I -75. I waited 40 minutes in the lobby and was told I needed an appointment. Customer service is horrible!

Went into the bank with cash to put into my daughter’s account for her rent due that day. They said they don’t accept cash unless I have an account they sent me to the post office to get money orders. I got the money orders came back. It still took five days for the money to become available. They told me the money would be available as soon as I put it in because it was cash from the post office
