Every time I go here to deposit cash in the ATM it’s never accepting cash like there’s only one bank branch in this area like I don’t understand this bank sucks. What’s the point of having access to it if you can’t use it they should really invest in another one or upkeep the one they already have.

Bank doesn’t open till 9am. ATM doesn’t dispense or accept cash. Whats the point of having it?
I have been a loyal Bank of America customer for many years. When I lived in urban Arizona, BA was my neighborhood bank. Now, living in rural Michigan, there are no branches close by. While the mobile app is great for daily tasks, I recently needed in-person help and visited the Clarkston branch for the first time. A huge shout-out to knowledgeable Associate 735—the service was efficient, friendly, and made the 30-minute trip well worth it! It’s a relief to know such a helpful team is nearby.
