Observed probably the worst customer service I've ever seen. A customer is having issues with the bank's app which resulted in the account getting locked. After driving to the branch the employee, perhaps even a manager kept directing the customer to the app as they did not have anyone available to assist. Perhaps a willingness to even attempt to help would have been appreciated. A Friday afternoon at the end of the month and the branch is not staffed to assist customers. My bank associate La'jonnaqueece Mcewen was very helpful in helping me on my mom's account as POA. She was patient and took the time to assist me more than once.
