As a realtor, trying to get a hold of ANYONE to get a preapproval letter for my clients or estimated closing costs so we can put an offer in on a house is next to IMPOSSIBLE. I have called three separate times today. No one had an answer, no one could talk to me, and in this market by the time I get what I need from you people the house will be gone and the only person it hurts is OUR client. Highly suggest you make it so realtors can reach you so we can do our jobs for a shared client.
