Poor service! Can't talk to anyone
i went here at 9am 1/25 to cash my check waited in the line for 20 minutes. it was okay for me since the man in light blue longsleeve is training the cute elderly lady in grey. Then waited in the counter because they are double checking something. waited for 10-12 minutes. then his manager came and said that i cant cash my check just because of the writing in the check is inconsistent and shes very rude too i would appreciate it and understand it if she said it a nice way, thats why i am not going with bank of america. More coverage this time, real quick visit
Trash. They had twenty minutes until closing and stopped servicing walk-ins. Yet, they have a ton of employees working and walking around. I counted 5 employees. The teller line had 7 customers pending and the ONE teller was talking about bee hive removals on a rental property. I understand being polite with customers, but time and place. Inform the person that there are others waiting that you need to help. Poor management at its finest. Wish I could give zero stars.
