Worst bank of america ive ever been to.
Ridiculous. Refused to help with my issue even though I came in in person for help, since calling the 800 number wasn’t working for me and I just kept getting hung up on. And their solution is to to just keep calling. How will that help resolve my issue?? So unhelpful
I became a victim of fraudsters. I was sent a check from (as it turned out later) an account that was closed and had no funds. bofa accepted the check, and only a week later they notified me that the check was not legit and that now I am obliged to pay off the debt with MY money. I contacted the police with a statement, there is a case now, there is the full name of the owner of the closed account from which I was issued an illegitimate check, and nevertheless the bank requests these funds from ME!
