Every time I came in to this particular BoA branch office, I had somewhat the similar feeling of in some DOT offices or Post Office.
Typically slow service.
I don't deal with BOA personally, but i have to deal with it because of my job and the payments they receive. Thursday morning August 1st I waited outside with a few other patrons waiting until 9am for them to open. I was the second one inside, on my left side there was a lady by the name of Dora (she did not provide her name to me, I over heard her tell someone else) who greeted the person in front of me and asked her what she needed help with and then proceeded to tell her the teller to go to. I find of all the BOAs this branch has the rudest manager, I have delt with her for multiple reasons over the years and I am always disappointed with her customer service. She is abrubt, cold and condescending. I don’t understand why this branch keeps her around.
I had a good experience. Quiet, clean, friendly, and plenty of parking. It was also empty which probably helped out.
