The notary here is terrible. He just stamped my document, without putting the apparently required notary language or signing, that appears to be required for any notarization. He also frankly stamped it before I even signed it, which is even worse. So I spent a ton of money on an apostille application and tracking, but it was rejected. And now, I get to run to get another notary by someone who's not incompetent and spend another $100 for expedited review and mailing. Do NOT use this guy.
