I've come in to turn in my bonds. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. I do understand the hours issue, especially if you need to talk to a person. But, I've had a good experience with the people helping me so far.
Updating 1/27/25: I was promised during a secure online chat that my check deposit would be cleared on 1/27/25. It was not. This makes the 3rd time I have been lied to by Bank of America staff, including the levels regarding their online secure chats.
