second visit in one month. Not my bank. First to deposit, second to cash a check. Both times I'm in line. Two tellers open. I'm all for customer service but these tellers talk so much that it slows down their transactions terribly. I should not have to wait between 15-30min in line. First time they were so lost with me depositing to an out of state account. Wells Fargo doesn't have that issue. My credit union doesn't. Bank of America.
