I went to this branch today (Saturday) to do a wire transfer, I should of known I was about to have problems when I was told to just do it with the mobile app. I knew I could not wire over 400k using the app, when I told them the amount, they stated they would need approval from another department which was closed today. Luckily I had a standing appointment at another BOA branch and went there to reconfirm what I was told. I have appointment with Mr. Adan Montoya, very impress with the service. He really taking his time for my paperwork that I am so frustrated and stress. He is the best and helpful and hope that his boss will acknowledge him and promoted him. When dealing with managerial topics I had to go to a different branch. The manager here, Marshall, was unprofessional and could not properly handle my topic. The second time, I encountered him I was at the window making a transaction and he just stared at me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked what he needed and he wanted to know if the other branch helped me and I said yes. When I left the building he put on his sunglasses and looked the other way.
Stopped coming to this branch 4years ago because of their prejudice and biased atmosphere, but decided to stop here because I was in the area. And the same prejudice biased experience 4 years later. I see new faces, black, white, hispanic but the atmosphere still carries a spirit of prejudice. Overly checking ID and then another teller gonna ask the teller working with me, did you check identity? Asking me 3 times how much deposit was when teller counted cash already!! Just a horrible experience.
