I'd give this branch 0 stars if I could. Came to this branch to open my parents a checking account, a quick 15 minute job and we've been waiting for over an hour. No service, they only have one banker here to help do that. It's not even busy and never is it busy here they keep so many tellers for a slow branch but only 1 banker. This is ridiculous, we are about to walk out and open our account at Chase across the street instead. I'm not sure how this branch is even open with all the negative but true reviews they've received... read more
