The staff were very professional and kind. Their dividers provide comforting safety measures separate from the next customer.
Stupid bank doesn't answer the phone and customer service doesn't know what they're doing and they pass you around to each other and the stupid robots answering service only hangs up on you and won't let you call the actual bank itself. If I could give them 0 stars I certainly would.
Terrible management, ruined my check refused to cash it or fix their problem, management mocked me, garbage location don’t go here
Well i was very disappointed by the customer service, customers rely on customer support and you will not get that hear in anyway. Not sure why they have customer service seeing as no one could help me. They kindly said everything needs to be done off the mobile app and we tried that and then it said to call the 800 number, which they said we had to go to our local bank. Pretty sad no one knows how to do their job. Stay Away
