Terrible customer service. The lady at the front desk needs to learn how to value customers. I will not be opening a business account with BOA with customer service like this.
My experience with Christopher at the Merritt Island location was nothing short of admirable. Everyone at the bank greeted me upon entering the place and made sure I was assisted promptly.
