This place is a joke!! Can't wait to switch banks. ATMs never work, Employees are clueless and take forever. BOA as a bank is just awful. Been with them for years. Time for a switch. They should just shut down Bank of America in general.
If I could give this flaming pile of crap a negative star, I would. Bank of America’s ATMs are straight-up garbage-tier, like they were coded by drunk raccoons using dial-up internet. Half the time, they’re out of service; the other half, they just eat your card and mock you with a “Try Again Later” message. Later WHEN, BofA? 12/03/2024 HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that a bank I'm paying to manage my money is bad at giving me access to my funds? The one time I neede to pay rent, I walk in and the manager comes out and says no transactions can be made our systems are down. I said "I'm here for a cashier's check is that a transaction?" She says with the biggest attitude "Yeah, the systems are down, no transactions can be made" just because of her attitude I decided to continue questioning her I said "I've got cash, isn't it just a blank check?" Deplorable banking practices. My elderly dad has been banking here for decades. Recently, BOA started charging a $25 monthly fee for what they consider “low value” accounts. It targets fixed income retirees among others. Closed his account and moved to Chase. Cancelled my credit card as well, no member of my family will do business with a bank that preys on low income individuals.
