In my previous question review about this bank, i stated it had a drive thru banking. They do not, only a drive up ATM and night drop. Very easy to access, on main road route with traffic light access near by.
Very bad management specially lady called Shanon is rude actually very rude. Didn't let me withdraw my own money i had to go to another branch waste my 45 mins. I got back to branch to show her receipt that I did withdraw the amount but again she was rude . Me and family have over 30 accounts with Boa. Its so worrying my nearest branch staff behaves like this. I think it's time.to change bank.
Your ATM’s are soooo slow and either don’t take all the cash, won’t print a receipt or simply can’t deposit money. It’s insane!
Wouldn’t accept rolled coins and were really rude. Very slow. Unprofessional.
