I had a great experience with them, Natalie was so kind
Horrible ! Waisted my time to get a cashiers check . I always get one at Bank of America ( other locations ) but at this time this one was the closest when I was driving . The only teller helping it was a male I didn’t get his name but was the only male clerk , tall , African American . Said he couldn’t issue the cashier check when my funds were already credited since 4am and it was 4 pm already and my banking account said posted and available to withdraw. Customer service doesn't exist at this branch. Trust the reviews. Every single time I come here, the same lady always has the ugliest attitude. Never smiles (only while talking to other employees) always gives off the vibe like you are an inconvenient to her. No thank you, have a good day, no kindness , just irritation. Every time I go to the other location, it's a completely different experience.
