I was a victim of discrimination by leena. I came into the financial center to reset my pin, I was greeted by someone and they told me to sit down. They told me the wait time and I was ok with it, then leena told me to wait 30 minutes I was still ok with that but then I see her helping another client that came after me and even after she helped the client she was talking to another employee and I feel like its very unprofessional to have a client waiting while they are chit-chatting.

The individuals at the Greenbelt branch are well versed on all of products that your organization offers. Tools that are offered by the organization. Period they are extremely professional, very polite. Willing to willing to assist with getting my problems. Twelve and extremely professional period.

No Tellers at the location so no way to deposit a EFS, ComCheck or T-Chek! How Convenient for Business owners!!? Very Convenient indeed! (Sarcasm for those that can't tell) BofA always has their customers best interest in mind!
