One of the better Banks have went to helpful efficient and organized, and I didn’t have to stay there longer than I wanted to
No Tellers at the location so no way to deposit a EFS, ComCheck or T-Chek! How Convenient for Business owners!!? Very Convenient indeed! (Sarcasm for those that can't tell) BofA always has their customers best interest in mind!
This ladies are so rude! Especially the light skin one! Also THERE ARE NO TELLERS!
I had an appointment today from 2pm to 3pm. I was little late and the lady who was in the front, I think her name is zarina or something I can’t remember her name was very rude and nasty. I was trying to explain her why I was late and she was not even ready to hear anything I was saying. She kicked me out saying I have to reschedule.
