You need an appointment for notary. There is no exception even if there is a cancellation they will not accommodate you. The staff tone of voice is rude and disrespectful. They all need disciplinary action and a lesson in customer service. Just look at all the reviews of unhappy customers

No tellers at this location. Not sure when they removed them. Might as well just have the ATMs. Customer service was not that great either.
