This is the worst bank experience i have ever had. I called to verify funds with a client and was placed on hold for 5 mins then guy comes back to say that the manager said we can't authorize over the phone. Told him I would like to speak to manager and I would wait. Craziest thing I have ever heard how can I get this done for your customer if we are the mortgage company calling the clients bank on their behalf to try and get them a refund back to their acct. Very slow service is not good even we are not many customers waiting but they take forever to provide the service worse ever
