honestly such a nice customer service. Everyone there was super polite and eger to help, I don't really understand why i saw such low reviews.
I went in today to deal with a potentially fraud warning and I couldn’t be more thankful for how Cindy Mendez treated me. She was respectful, efficient, and easy to work with.
This Bank of America branch really needs to improve. I was told the wait would be 1 hour, but it ended up being 1 hour and 30 minutes. Only one employee was working while a large group of people waited. It was slow, unorganized, and very frustrating.If they expect customers to wait this long, they should change their system and allow service by appointment only. It would save everyone’s time and avoid this kind of bad experience. Please don’t waste your time here go to another branch if you can.
Amazing customer service. The bank teller literally sorted out all of my money I needed to give students for per diems into envelopes. Amazing service!
The customer service is bad in this branch they loose my time and did nothing for me, even they don't know about their schedule for the costumers
