Betty super buen ecelente le damos 10 stellar very helpful, patient, and very helpful.
Each time I come to this branch the wait time is extremely long. I would prefer the other Bank of America further down the street on Georgia avenue. Conceriage not very helpful. They should hire more staff so that wait times aren’t so excessive. I try and stop by here in between my break time at work I’ve never spent less than 45 mins for very simple transactions huge inconvenience.
I visited this branch on last Saturday 2nd October 2024 and I found the staff to be very professional and efficient. I did not have an appointment as is usually arranged and my wait was only 15 minutes. My task was a little complicated however Betty was super knowledgeable and provided top quality and excellent assistance to get it completed.
Stop charging maintenance fees 😔😔😠
