Never answer their phone!!!
I booked an appointment with a banker just to get access to my bank account. Not only did I arrive and was told that I wasn’t on the appointment list and asked to wait 30 minutes, but after waiting for more than an hour, no one ever came to me again. Excellent service both online and offline!!!
The staff is hostile and unhelpful, I’ve filed a complaint with BoA corporate, but they block you from entering the bank and then try and force you to use an ATM. Why on earth would I come all the way to the bank during business hours if I did not need something specific from the tellers. Wild, you get hassled as your own bank for needing to withdraw funds not in a 10s or 20s increments.
I had an appointment at this branch on September 16, 2025, and the senior banker that I dealt with Carina was extremely helpful, professional and kind. Even though I wasn’t able to get done what I came there intending to do due to legalities out of her control, she gave me great advice on how to move forward during a difficult time that was much appreciated thank you, Carina.
