Outstandingly excellent experience each time I visit this branch! The staff is always super friendly, very knowledgeable, positive, caring and helpful, even when I arrived at closing time. Horrible experience at this branch. I went in to get an account balance summary printed and had to wait 45minutes to be seen by anyone when I had an appointment! They were very confused what this document was and originally were saying only legal could print this out, which would take 5-7 days to mail. Maybe this is specific to BofA because I went into another bank I have an account with and got this printed in person in a few minutes. Carina is the best professional banker I’ve ever met. If you want a great experience and to feel taken care of valued and heard definitely go to this branch. Her energy, as well as the branches energy is infectious while being incredibly warm and helpful!
