Absolutely the worst bank on earth. I just spent an hour being cussed out by a rep over a problem they caused. B of A used to be the best. Now they just suck.Â

If I could give this BofA branch 10 stars I would! We have been BofA customers for 15 years. We went to this branch, which is not close to where we live, because we had to do an in-bank transaction. Based on our consistently unpleasant interactions at our home branch at Orenco, (which feels like going into a mausoleum), we were looking at changing our accounts to Chase bank. I have a bad experience in the afternoon at Bank of America SW Allen Blvd branch. I was so luck to meet Brandon Bean at SW Canyon Rd. He is the kindest person I have ever met. He listened and answered all my questions and concerns. His approach to problem-solving was excellent. Thanks for his and his team's outstanding support.Â
