Absolute trash customer service They find it too difficult to even print statements for their clients of decades… pathetic

Do not waste your money here. I will state that I don't like complaining. I think it's petty, but my time at this location and with this system proves that sometimes you have to. I opened this bank the first week of January opening it went was fine, some bumps in the road, but i was helped. Everyone seemed happy to help. After getting approved, however, that was a new experience. I started having issues using my card, making withdrawals, using my pin everything was always under review. Gave 2 stars because the people are friendly but there are never ever enough tellers. They will have several employees at the podium and only one teller while many of us wait in line for long amounts of time. And this is all the time - not just occasionally.
I love this branch! The manager is amazing, always going out of her way to help customers. I have been a customer for 4 years almost and every time I go in the staff is helpful and kind. THEY are the ONLY reason I am sticking with BofA!
