I like it
I have been banking with Bank of America for over 7 years and have really enjoyed banking with them. I travel a lot and love that I can always find a Bank of America, especially in Metro Detroit, they are everywhere. I had to go into this location yesterday to deposit rolled coins as it is only a mile from my work, Sharanda helped me at the counter. The whole transaction took less then 5 minutes, they were extremely quick at helping the customers before me so I wasn't in line for more then 2 minutes, she got all my coins on ... read more
Debbie at the Rochester Hills Branch reminded me of all the rest of the arrogant Managers at Bank of America. She refused to notarize my signature on a Michigan form, even though I had a passport and Michigan driver's license. Fortunately, I have removed my money from Bank of America and don't have to deal with them anymore. Another bank notarized my signature on this Michigan form without question.
The manager there is terrible. She seems to only be concerned with herself!
