Deposit a 6,000 dollar check yesterday and they put a hold on it saying I can’t have my money till the 26th been calling all morning and no one is answering witch happens every time I try to call

Went to deposit 1200$ cash on saturday and its monday and no money???? Been trying to call the kearney location for a hour now... will someone answer the dang phone!!!!!!!!!! Now i have to deal with a call center that takes forever....not good business practice.
