The person that tried to handle the problem with with our credit card was not friendly at all. He got personal information and then told us our credit card was good to go. This was last Monday the 1at and today the 4th our credit card was denied when I tried to purchase gas. After being credit card customers for over 35 years Bank of America shut our credit card off with no notice. Hope they can straighten this out when we call the bank.
Walked in, had a reasonable wait, and then was taken care of by friendly and professional staff. Not sure why there are so many strongly negative reviews over what would be a minor inconvenience, but keep in mind that most people only write reviews for banks when things don't go exactly their way, even when it's not the bank's fault. This bank serves the community and has many satisfied, (but unfortunately among the review section) quiet customers.

They were nice, but not helpful with my situation. As a business owner myself, what stands out to me in a buisness is those that are willing to go the extra mile if need be, and that wasn't my experience either time being at this branch.
The woman who was my teller, Sue, was the rudest woman I had encountered in a long while. Yelled at me from across the lobby while I looked for a pen to sign a check. Absolutely empty lobby. Asked me if my first name was my middle name? Screwed up my transaction 3 times and by the final one I decided that she wasn't going to give me my money back the way I stated 3 times (but kept messing up from not listening to my instructions: deposit the whole check and withdraw $95) and then gave me my money in the wrong bills.
