I have been many years with BOA, always with their financial center near Creve Cour. This time I tried this branch, it was an experience of disaster. The staff was unprofessional, lacked the necessary knowledge, and it was obvious that they didn’t care about my concerns. The experience I had with other branches does not work here. I had a scheduled appointment and ended up spending over30 minutes talking nonsense. If you value your time and want a smooth banking experience, I highly recommend avoiding this location.Â

As a regular person, you walk in expecting basic professionalism. but instead, you feel like you’re at a grocery store, not a bank. The staff is unprofessional, lacks knowledge, and clearly doesn’t care about you. I had a scheduled appointment and spent over an hour there. The employee handled everything incorrectly, even argued that they were right. When I asked for the manager, they came in, quickly confirmed I was correct, and left. Unwilling to provide witnesses for notary service on a single signature despite multiple employees onsite. Other bank of America locations have provided this for us recently. As a person who has banked with you for 20 years, you now render your services useless.Â
May as well close the once bustling branch, It’s a ghost town and it’s no wonder why, they’re leading their own demise. From the moment I stepped into the empty branch, two elderly women were be directed to use the ATM versus one of the tellers repeatedly. We were the only 3 patrons.
