The service at this location is consistently unprofessional. I am frequently informed that there isn't a manager available to approve transactions exceeding $10k and I am directed to visit a different branch. I choose this particular location because i libe close by , yet I encounter the same issue repeatedly. It's perplexing why this branch doesn't have an on-site manager, unlike other locations. The staff's demeanor is quite unprofessional I would advise against visiting this location.
We made an appointment to open a joint checking account and worked with Nadhiya Subhash. Nadhiya mention she was new and brought over Donna, who introduced herself as a manager, to review her work. However, Donna did not review anything and only stated that we needed to wait for an email approval. When we raised our concerns, they were not addressed. Not great, bank teller unprofessional. Atm outside miscounted my money and they acted like I was greatly inconvenienceing them to ask the process on what to do. Went in for a cashiers check another time and they reprimanded me for giving a po box even though I do this every month at Manchester location and use the po box no problem. I avoid this location at all costs
I can't believe the banker is so awful. Lack of training and don't have ideas what they are doing. I will give a 0 star if I can.
I have been many years with BOA, always with their financial center near Creve Cour. This time I tried this branch, it was an experience of disaster. The staff was unprofessional, lacked the necessary knowledge, and it was obvious that they didn’t care about my concerns. The experience I had with other branches does not work here. I had a scheduled appointment and ended up spending over30 minutes talking nonsense. If you value your time and want a smooth banking experience, I highly recommend avoiding this location.
